Stanley A. Chagnon
Stanley A. Changnon is a Professor of Geography and Emiritus Chief of Illinois State Water Survey at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. A prolific author in the atmospheric sciences, Mr. Changnon has also written numerous books and articles about his lifetime hobby, railroads. His 39 railroad articles have appeared in such publications as Rail Cllassics, Midwest Rail, and Historic Illinois. Mr. Changnon lives in Mahomet, Illinois, with his wife, Joyce.
